Our Team

Maria Cloonan
Director
Maria has been in the education field for over 30 years. From an early age, she knew she wanted to have an impact on shaping young minds. Six years ago, Maria made a change and brought her knowledge and experience to the Director’s position at Trinity. Her love for children and families is what sets her apart from most. In Maria’s spare time she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends at home and Cape Cod.

Sandy Fratamico
Teacher

Kelsey McRobbie
Teacher
Even at a young age, Kelsey knew she wanted to become a teacher. If she wasn’t pretending to teach her stuffed animals, she was assigning her cousin’s homework over summer vacation. She has always had a passion for education but never knew what grade she wanted to focus on. 6 years ago Kelsey came to observe a classroom at Trinity and she knew right away preschool was where she was meant to be. She has been teaching in Group 1 for 4 years and she couldn’t enjoy it more. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping, and loves to eat.

Madison Bates
Teacher
Madison has been working at Trinity Nursery School and Kindergarten for the past 3 years. As a new educator, she has developed a love for teaching. Teaching independently in her own classroom has allowed her to connect emotionally with all of her students on a personal level. She loves to play one-on-one with students, whether it’s with playdoh, dramatic play or small group educational activities. Outside of working at Trinity, Madi loves to eat out at different restaurants, go sneaker shopping and dancing.

Stephanie Garrett
Teacher
Stephanie has been teaching for three years. She knew from a very early age that she wanted to become an early childhood educator. Stephanie knew she wanted to help children love learning. She enjoys spending one on one time with her students to really understand how she can grow with them. In Stephanie’s free time she enjoys going to the beach, spending time with her family, and reading.

Heather Blais
Teacher
Heather always knew she wanted to be a teacher. Starting at age 10, she taught Bible study at her church and continued teaching as an intern at schools through her high school education program. She studied Early Childhood Education at Framingham State University while teaching preschool at a center near campus. Heather and her husband just welcomed their first child, Carter. In her spare time, she takes her two rescue labs for hikes, enjoys “off-road Jeeping” with her husband and goes to car events through their exotic car club. She is very excited to be apart of the Trinity family.

Alison Bates
Teacher / Substitute
Alison has been teaching preschool for the last 5 years. At first, she began her college education as a nursing major but quickly realized she had a passion for teaching. Her passion for teaching stems from her love of dance. Alison taught dance for over 10 years in all age ranges and dance styles. She loved using her creative abilities to allow children to express themselves through music and movement, which is now her favorite aspect of teaching in the classroom setting. When Ali is not at school teaching, you can find her shopping, spending time with a fellow teacher and younger sister Madi or playing with her cat, Pumpkin.
